🌿 Sometimes life pulls us off course, leaving us unsure of who we are or where we're headed. But feeling lost isn’t a failure—it’s an invitation to rediscover what truly matters. Like a caterpillar transforming in its cocoon, we must release old identities to uncover deeper truths. In this space of uncertainty, we reconnect with our authentic passions, values, and inner strength.

Here’s a simple self-reflection practice you can do to uncover insights about yourself: Find a quiet moment, even just for five minutes. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Then, ask yourself, "What lights me up?" Think about activities or moments that bring you genuine joy and energy. Next, ask, "What values are most important to me right now?" Consider what principles you want to guide your decisions and actions. And finally ask, "If I could create my ideal day, what would it look like?" Don't hold back; allow yourself to dream without judgment. Simply observe what comes to mind. There's no right or wrong answer. This simple act of introspection can be a powerful first step in reconnecting with your purpose and direction.
